Credit Card Approval and Release

I, the Customer named in the Member Agreement or on the front of the Submission Form, authorize Certified Collectibles Group - International GmbH (CCG GmbH) to charge the card account I have provided for the membership fee listed on the front of the Member Agreement and/or charge the card account I have provided for the amount on section 17, line #6 TOTAL NOW DUE on the Submission Form upon receipt of my request for grading services.

I acknowledge that by completing and signing the Member Agreement or the Submission Form, I agree to pay CCG GmbH the full amount of the membership fees or the grading fees and service charges, as applicable, on the card number I provide regardless of the final grading opinions provided.

I understand that if I disregard this provision, I shall be subject to immediate discharge from CCG GmbH Collector Membership or Authorized Dealer Membership and loss of all rights and entitlements therein.

With notification by email or phone call, and with my consent, I understand that CCG GmbH reserves the right, upon my notification by e-mail or phone, to post additional charges to my credit card account if extra or different services are required to fulfill requested services.
